Entrepreneurial (sustainable business idea, start-up...)
Personal (professional or private realignment...)

Phase 1: Knowledge Building Basics of Permaculture Design
We begin by building general permaculture knowledge based on individual projects and applying the knowledge directly through simple exercises. In this phase, we also lay the groundwork for defining your personal project. Together, we will create this foundation in the following units:
3 sessions of 1.5 hours each for input
3 tasks or exercises for self-learning
2 sessions of 1 hour each for online input
2 sessions of 45 minutes each for defining your personal project
Phase 2: Project Design Phase
Building on your project, we will focus on specific knowledge in the second phase and shift the focus from input to co-creation. This is the phase where you work on your chosen project, generate knowledge yourself, and are supported and guided through multiple feedback loops. The appropriate mix of input sessions and exercises will be defined according to your needs.
Phase 3: Deepening & Co-Creation
We will define the next steps and further capacity needs for implementing your project design and refine and finalize your permaculture design with a final quality check. Once again, the appropriate mix of input sessions and exercises will be tailored to your needs.
